“Live Wire / Blues Power” is a live album by Albert King, recorded in 1968 at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. The album contains originals and King’s interpretations of classics and showcases Albert King’s blues skills.

Pressed on 180-gram vinyl at QRP, the album is released in collaboration with Acoustic Sounds and comes with a paper-wrapped tip-on jacket. According to Rolling Stone, this album is “simply the unadulterated, pure and simple blues”.
