Emerging in the fall of 2011, BLOOD INCANTATION has spent over a decade crafting their unique brand of Cosmic Death Metal. Fusing atmospheric death metal with progressive elements, the band has gradually expanded their sonic palette, integrating psychedelic and ambient influences with each successive release. These explorations culminated in the summer of 2021, captured once again on analog tape at World Famous Studios in Denver, Colorado.

This recording encapsulates BLOOD INCANTATION’s cosmic ethos and experimental spirit, offering a portal into alternate dimensions of their intricate and otherworldly soundscapes. Liberated from the confines of genre, the music transcends boundaries, inviting listeners to journey among the stars.

Drawing inspiration from pioneers like TANGERINE DREAM, PINK FLOYD, LUSTMORD, POPOL VUH, and DEAD CAN DANCE, the album evokes an archaic planetarium soundtrack. It guides the listener on a cinematic voyage through the Stargate, into the vast abyss of outer space, and beyond, into the infinite radiance of the mind’s eye.
