Candlemass also pay homage to their roots with a thunderous cover of Black Sabbath’s legendary “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath,” pulling listeners back to 1973 while infusing it with their own unmistakable heaviness. To round out the release, their rendition of Pentagram’s cult classic “Forever My Queen” serves as both a tribute and a declaration — a bold reminder that Candlemass remain a defining force in doom metal, with no signs of slowing down.
