Originally released in 2000 and co-produced with longtime collaborator Chuck Ainlay, the album was recorded in Nashville and features an impressive lineup of guests, including James Taylor, Van Morrison, Chris Difford & Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze), and Gillian Welch & David Rawlings. The title track is a haunting duet with Taylor, while “The Last Laugh” features the unmistakable voice of Van Morrison.
