“Gaudi” was the tenth and final Alan Parsons Project studio album, originally released in 1987. Inspired by Catalan architect Antonio Gaudi, Alan Parsons delivered a truly passionate concept album. “Money Talks” and “Closer To Heaven,” both of which were used in episodes of “Miami Vice,” are without question the tracks that define the record. On the other hand, there is also a track like “Paseo de Gracia”; a completely orchestrally arranged track that is – typical for Alan Parsons – an instrumental masterpiece.
