Undisputed masters of brain-altering, transcendent electronica, The Chemical Brothers (comprised of the duo of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons), have been producing some of the world’s greatest dance music for the better part of two decades. Their star hasn’t stopped rising since their groundbreaking first two albums Exit Planet Dust (1995) and Dig Your Own Hole (1997) changed the game altogether.

They issued their next effort, Surrender, in 1999. This album meant another step up for electronic beats from the studio of this chemical duo. It’s in more of a house music vein and includes the anthem “Hey Boy, Hey Girl,” which became one of the most distinct songs in The Chemical Brothers’ catalog. Featuring Noel Gallagher (Oasis), Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star), Bernard Sumner (New Order) and Jonathan Donahue (Mercury Rev) as guest vocalists.

The Chemical Brothers’ first seven studio albums will again be available in the U.S. Each comes repackaged in the original sleeve artwork from the first pressings. Audio has been cut from the original lacquers directly from the studio of the original engineer, Mike Marsh, and is fully approved by The Chemical Brothers’ Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands.
