Featured guests on the album include The Flaming Lips, David Byrne (Talking Heads), Perry Farrell (Jane’s Addiction/Porno For Pyros), Gunjan, Notch and more. The album has sold over 151,000 copies in the United States.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its release, Primary Wave are re-issuing The Cosmic Game (currently out of print) on CD and black double vinyl.
