The album is drenched in rich textures and cinematic atmosphere—thanks in part to lush symphonic string arrangements by Steve Hackman (Doja Cat, Andrew Bird)—and explores a wide palette of styles, from moody space-funk and baroque-pop to psychedelic soul-rock.

Self-produced at Electric Deluxe Recorders (Austin, TX), with most tracks recorded live alongside a full band, this is Harding at his most uncompromising and visionary. Following his critically acclaimed releases Face Your Fear (2017) and If Words Were Flowers (2021), this album marks a new creative high—praised for its emotional depth, genre-defying ambition, and Harding’s unmistakable voice and guitar work.
