This album has been specially remastered with FDR – Full Dynamic Range Mastering – so that the nuances of the music shine through and give the album a more dynamic sound than ever before

The band was the first extreme metal band to enter the charts in their home country Sweden before becoming an international success. Founded in the late 80’s, Entombed were originally called Nihilist and had a great reputation in the underground death metal scene. The band toured the whole world with great success and finally signed a major label contract with Columbia Records in the mid 90s. Bandleader Nicke Andersson left shortly after and later celebrated with The Hellacopters success.
