After a seven-year break since 2018’s Helltown, Electric Citizen roar back with EC4—their fourth and most powerful album to date, a raw and electrifying testament to renewal and creative rebirth.

Written primarily by Ross Dolan with contributions from the whole band, EC4 was meticulously developed over several years before being recorded at Candyland Studio (Dayton, KY) with Mike Montgomery and John Hoffman. The album was mixed in Detroit by Collin Dupuis (Lana Del Rey, The Black Keys) and mastered in California by JJ Golden (Golden Mastering).

The striking cover art, created by Neil Krug (Tame Impala, Weyes Blood), continues the band’s visual partnership established with their debut Sateen.

Now signed to Heavy Psych Sounds, Electric Citizen deliver an intoxicating mix of hypnotic grooves, molten guitar work, and Laura Dolan’s captivating vocals. EC4 is both a return to their roots and a fearless leap forward—proof that the band’s fire burns hotter than ever.
